How are days counted?
Arrival and departure dates count for country and Schengen totals. Schengen combines member countries over the last 180 days. UK presence estimates midnights in the 6 April–5 April tax year. Planned and future dates are excluded.
Does the app track my location?
Only if you turn on daily location logging in Settings. It logs the country you’re in each day on your device; only coordinates are sent to Apple to name the country.
How do I import my history?
Open You → Import travel history. You can scan photos and videos, or choose a Google Maps Timeline export, a Flighty CSV, a calendar (.ics) file or a spreadsheet.

Missing a visa, tax or citizenship rule? Tell us the country and rule, ideally with a link to the official source.
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for Borderwise and choose Travel summary, Top countries or Counter.
How do I delete my data?
Open You → Widgets, data & more → Erase everything, or delete the app.
